Confirming your Wedding
To confirm your wedding date and time, you can either call us (877-44-ASK ME) or send us an email (romanceexperts@askmeaboutdestinationweddings.com) with your name, contact information, requested wedding date, time and hotel. We will respond within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note:
- A non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and full payment is required 60 days prior to travel.
- Weddings must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance.
- Package pricing includes tax and service charge.
- Packages cannot be altered and inclusions may vary without previous notice.
- No reimbursement will be made for unused services and/or amenities
- *The Symbolic Wedding Package will be complimentary with a minimum reservation of 5 standard rooms, staying for 5-nights each. This package includes up to 10 guests.
- Translation of required documents into Spanish can be arranged through the hotel at a cost of $35 per page.
- For legal marriages, a blood test is required and not included in the package – cost is $160 per couple.
- A cancellation fee will apply to weddings cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
